About Me
Over the last 6 years, I’ve worked at Wealthsimple in various roles within Customer Experience, developing the skills and traits that make me a great UX Designer — like genuine empathy, problem solving, lateral thinking and always keeping the customer or user at the center of my process.
Currently, I work as a Portfolio Manager on our “Digital Advice” team. Our mandate involves using technology to design solutions that scale the reach of financial advice to all clients (not just the wealthy), and establish alternative methods that improve their access to financial planning and advice.
